In 1972, Christ is the Answer Ministries visited Decatur Illinois, setting up their tent north of the Staley Viaduct: Bill Lowery In 2013, Christ is the Answer has returned to Decatur.  This time, Bill Lowery's team set-up on Pershing Road, in the vacant lot behind Taco Bell.
