We dropped by the Prairie Celebration out at Rock Springs Nature Center Sunday afternoon. You hear there's yet another brand new mural going up in downtown Decatur? This time, it's a Chicago Bears theme, celebrating "old school Bears"..... the Decatur Staleys.
