"Picture Decatur" (Decatur IL)

During 2018, a slew of new murals are being painted all around Decatur, including 3 downtown and 2 in Oakwood. One of the ones downtown is located just east of the Macon County Jail and features President Abraham Lincoln. Here's a series of photos showing the progression of this beautiful piece of art.
